Bloop Behind Third — Left-Side Priority
Priority: LF over SS over 3B
A dying quail floats into shallow left behind third base. Third baseman drifts back, shortstop tracks it over his shoulder, left fielder charges — and priority sorts it out: the player moving in beats the players backing up.

Coaching notes
Priority is simple: outfielders moving in beat infielders backing up. The shortstop tracks it all the way — but gives way the instant he hears the call.
No-man's-land pops: toss floaters behind third, rotate LF/SS/3B through, and grade the communication, not the catch.
Silent convergence — three players drifting at the same spot with nobody calling it. If nobody owns it at its peak, it drops.
